Notes

Legs were fairly stiff for the first ten minutes but warmed up okay. Ran at 11kph for 13 or so mins, then 12kph for 6 minutes. The last minute was at 14kph which, needless to say, made me feel a little sick lol.

Hoping to do 50km on the bike tomorrow.
