Notes

Ran at 10kph for first 5 mins, then upped to 11kph. Ran at 12kph for a total of 10 mins (approx). Didn't suffer too much cardio-wise - after not running for a week, I thought I'd keel over and die. Need to run more often, especially outside rather than treadmill.
