Had a serious case of the CBF's before heading out, and told Keith so, however he was quite happy to sit in front and make me work my arse off to keep up. Had a AMAZING tailwind out to Glengarry (max of 51.5kph) and our average was about 32.5kph when we turned. The cross and headwind pretty much sucked arse though, and our av dropped considerably. Am really happy with this ride given how strong the wind was :-)
