Should've (and probably could've) run for 40 minutes but was feeling a little lazy. The stomach has been a little upset for the last two days so I didn't want to push my luck either. Felt okay running otherwise. Did more interval training tonight...well, MY version anyway. Sat on 10kph most of the time, but upped to 12 or 14kph every few minutes after the initial 10 minute warm up. Felt pretty good.
