Notes

Took it really easy tonight.....didn't want to stretch the ankle/foot too much. Running slightly slower and having shorter strides seemed to be more comfortable than sitting on 10/10.5kph. Ankle felt okay although I was definitely aware that it wasn't right. Back was good :-)
