Notes
Was fairly fatigued - have only had about 7 hours sleep in the last 48 hours and was up at 4am this morning to go to run. Ate porridge at 4.15am and had banana and nectarine at 7.45am as I had the shakes. Ran the first 5km fairly easily but tired after that and stopped briefly 3 times during the second leg. Big PB of 2mins 17secs from Lakes Fun Run.
