Left leg really played up and needed to be stretched several times which really pisses me off. Top of right quad started pinching about halfway through as well. Definitely getting old **sigh**. Started with warm up for 2 mins at 10.5, then ran at 12kph until 30 min mark. Ran last 5 mins at 12.5kph. Cooled down by jogging 1km outside.
