After having 2 hours sleep, being out of bed since 4.15am and working til 1, I seriously didn't feel like running. Pulled some motivation from somewhere (Coles sell it in aisle 1 with the other canned foods) and managed to do 4.42 pace AND the legs were really good. Small amount of tightness in right glute but overall was pretty good. Now I can shower.......and have a nanna nap :-)
