Notes

First run since hurting my back Tuesday last week, and I feel pretty good. Although I can still feel that there is something strained in my mid-lower back, there were no niggles whatsoever while running.....which is freaking AWESOME!!!!

My HR didn't go above 150 until the 21 minute mark, which I'm fairly happy about (and it even took 8-9 minutes for me to start sweating, which has to be some type of record lol). Am hoping to ride after work tomorrow :-)
