Really slow one today - John was feeling sick up until turning off to Rosedale after Loy Yang, and then lost all power once we'd turned into Cairnbrook Road (gotta love riding into a head/cross-head wind) :-/
Once we'd had a coffee and pie at Glengarry, he got power back in his legs and we got the pace up for the 16kms back home.
