Notes

No intervals this time.....running just to keep the legs turning over. I'm not running anywhere near as often as I was (purely because of riding so often instead) but still wanted to keep my running legs. Felt okay and HR didn't get over 150 until the 25 min mark (sat on 9.5/10kph)
