Notes
Had PB Gel before starting & a banana. Achilles & right foot were very stiff upon waking this morning but I Deep Heated both spots (and the left quaddie) before running & had a stretch. I decided that I would see how I go without walk breaks. Stopped the watch at the highway toilets (when you gotta go....) but did not stop at Century Inn. I had one walk break at approximately 60 minutes & drink break at netball courts (did not stop watch at all though). Also walked momentarily on Liddiard Road (near Shakespeare) because I knew I wasn't going to PB (or get even close) so I figured I'd better not burn myself out.
Still finished with fuel in the tank (unlike last run where I struggled for the last 3km or so). Legs & right hip were stiff but I iced them, had a hot shower & then put Voltaren on. Feel good now (at 2pm).
