Notes

Didn't warm up first, just had a bit of a stretch then straight into 10kph. Put the speed up to 10.5 at the 14 minute mark. Upped to 12.5kph for the last 4 minutes, with a 10kph break in the middle (for about 30 seconds). Feel pretty good now :-)
