Notes

Was tired before starting and HR went up to 155 within first 200metres but felt okay considering. Still having problems with tightness up the sides of my calves - like the tendons/ligaments are really tight and nothing I can do with loosen them. It wasn't until I was doing my cool down run (35 minutes later) that they started to loosen up. Very annoying!!! The right foot ran okay, even though it was sore first thing this morning.
