Have decided to (slowly) increase my time/distance which means keeping my speed lower (so I can actually make it to the end of time frame rather than collapsing halfway through lol). So I ran at 10kph for the first 20 minutes, then upped speed to 10.5kph until 25 minute mark. Last five mins were at 12kph. Ankle was a little sore despite being taped up. Am fairly pleased with distance :-)
