A-fib again for Keith today so it was a fairly slow one. I have to admit I do enjoy riding without totally trashing my legs.
Highlight was 'racing' Keith from the Archbold's Lane corner - he turned right into Archbold's and I went through Tyer's. Even though I had nearly a km more to ride, he got to the corner only about ten seconds before I did :-)
