Notes

Had Power Gel before starting and was a bit tired too. Walked every quarter hour for one minute but still ran a good time. Ran 7 mins faster on the way back but was running on a slight downhill past Loy Yang with a slight tailwind too. Had another Power Gel when I stopped at 8kms. New shoes rubbed as did the runners belt I wore for the first time
