Am definitely SO much fitter than I have been!!!! Ran first ten minutes at 11kph pace (nevermind the warm up lol), eight minutes at 12kph, and the last two was sprinted at 14kph (which is when my HR maxed at 160bpm). Legs felt really strong from the get go, and there were no niggles whatsoever even though my left knee was a little sore at work today (knee was a little touchy when riding yesterday.......I think my cleats may need readjusting). My HR had dropped to 100bpm by the time I'd finished my five minute cooldown.....which is what I'm always aiming for but rarely achieve. At LAST my hard work is paying off!!!!!!! Bring on tomorrow's ride :-)
