Notes
Today was my second double of the summer, and this one felt a lot better than the last. I got out a little hot the first mile for some reason, so I had to make an effort to slow it down. I had to improvise on the third mile because of construction, so I was forced to slow down even more. Overall it felt easy and smooth.
