Notes
The humidity of the day brings my first sleeveless run of the year, and M and I have a great jaunt around town successfully beating the oncoming torrential rains. I do feel a bit slow and stiff starting things off, but my pace grows easier and all falls nicely into place as the run continues, and, while I do miss the sensations of the pavement under my feet, the Vibram's are definitely useful tools for eliminating the worries of terrain...
Of particular surprise is finding the Donahue 5K team setting up at the Cherenzia building as we pass, and a shout-out from Byron Stillman's wife Judy asking if I'm going to run at the 1PM Start - An intriguing idea...
