Especially given the visit to the Westerly Hospital this afternoon (where Dad's post-knee-operation mental state is far from comforting,) I decide tonight, with an utterly gorgeous full Harvest Moon rising in the sky on this first day of Autumn, to rally some endorphins and dart out for a quick sprint before dinner - An outstanding move, and a very positive experience. Not since last Winter have I actually run after sunset, and taking advantage of such a perfect evening to dispel a bit of stress is about the best thing I could have done - Even sucking air and feeling a touch of Gustav swelling, my pace is satisfyingly fast and I finish knowing I've done something worthwhile...
