A nice casual run out with M this afternoon - It's great to be running with some amount of light in the sky (Hurray longer days!) and even greater to be having a strong, reassuring experience of it, particularly when our runs with the winter elements have become so sporadic. On the plus side, there's definite encouragement for me in feeling more and more comfortable with my form (It almost runs itself) even when I'm not out working it every other day...
