Another great Tarzan Brown race, with M again supporting on the sidelines... This time around proves such a phenomenally smoother experience than my first outing last year, however, and a well-used opportunity to learn from and adjust 2010's performance shortcomings... The Zen is in full swing - Relaxed and requiring FAR less actual effort ("Work smarter, not harder...")
SO much gained from experience:
2 Ibuprofen (for old times' sake) taken with a full banana/soy milk smoothie @ racetime minus 3 hours
5 egg omelet with 1/2 of a Bess Eaton medium coffee @ racetime minus 1 hour
Remaining 1/2 coffee nursed up to racetime...
Awesome running with/seeing again Ric Villarreal, Shirley Iselin, Jamie Wolfradt, and Mason's Island Marina Jack Morehouse...
Also Marika (although Bill is apparently there, too,) Brandon Marshall, and Paul Gray seen in passing...
