Very cool run on a perfect day - Stretching my distance runs feels great, and my enthusiasm for pushing my body/legs seems astonishingly satisfying. Even with the strong gravel presence on Greenhaven and the hills that just don't stop, the stiffness and pain that develops feels more a badge of progress than damaging "bad" developments, although I'm starting to think not running at all this past week might not have been the wisest course of action I could have followed... = )
