On the plus side: A solid 7-Miler at a fine long-run pace, fitting for our 11-Miler today that, um, isn't... Right at our 7 mile point on South Anguilla Road (and almost exactly at 1:13:00) M begins to experience a sharp tightness in her leg/knee and, even through periods of walking & running lightly, we never regain any run momentum. Fine with me, especially with the Donahue 5K tomorrow, but hopefully her issue is more simply a hydration/Gatorade one (which I TOTALLY think we need to pay more attention to and bulk up on) rather than an actual injury one. Either way, it's a gorgeous day for a walk together...!
