Legs are hurting from a tough week but wanted to get something more than just a run in. Ran for 25-min followed by 1-min harder, 1-min easy + 2-min hard, 2 min easy X 4 sets. The on part never got that quick but I was feeling it. That was the goal of the workout so definitely accomplished that. Also did 6 X 100 meter strides once finishing up.
