Notes

Trying to stay positive about this performance. It will come just gotta keep working hard. Felt uncomfortable out there on the track. Aerobically I'm probably fitter than ever. What I need is more workouts so my legs/speed will come around.

Splits - 4:38, 9:30, 14:56 at 5k. Pretty much defaulted to low 4:50 pace once I was out of the race. Need to learn to stay stronger and concentrate.

Also need to get better about relaxing the day of the race. Was nervous and excited which is good, but I need to stay positive and believe in the work I've done. Getting back to strength work and another huge component. Don't need to do a lot, but need to do it often.
