Fartlek at Kitt fields.
3 mi WU + drills and strides + 1,2,3,4,5,4,3 = 21 minutes of hard effort. Rest was equal other than taking 3-min after the 4's and 4-min and the 5. Legs were unresponsive and tight. Need to get quads loosened up so my hammy's aren't fatiguing and cramping. Easy cool down back home. If I can get my legs under me then I'll be more likely to put my fitness to good use.
