Notes

20-min WU + drills + 4 strides + 12 X pump house hills + 2 mi cool down. Did both hills, alternating, which was good as far as mixing it up goes. Times started in the 51's to start, then worked down to 48's on the last couple. Legs were fatigues at first, but started feeling pretty decent midway through. Humidity was a real bitch.
