Great workout with Kenyon at Fairview. 3 mi wu plus drills & strides plus 6X800 with 2-min rest. (2:18, 2:20, 2:18, 2:18, 2:18, 2:16) easy 2 mi cool down.
Happy with the effort. Legs were tired but being strong really helps. Glad to have someone to push me. Perfect weather for a workout!
Aches - hip flexors and calves towards the end
