Notes

Pre run: AIS

Dragging a little this morning but got it done. Right hip flexor and posterior tib were tight.

Route: Big loop with Justin from the store

Post run: Few glut and core exercises.

Daily activities: Beach following the run + concert. Gluts were acting up a little and back got really tight at the show. Standing it one spot for hrs will do that.
