Notes

Track workout at Fairview.

4 sets of 3 X 300 with 100 meter jog between each one. Didn't feel good at all and times varied due to the wind. Most of the splits were 48-50.

WU didn't seem to do too much for me. Gluts were pretty tight from the start.
