Notes

Route - Long run at the Res of about 5 of us.

Thoughts - Legs started getting heavy then the pace heated up on the trails. Aerobically getting stronger but gluts still need work. Hamstring was better but still not great, and calves got a little tight. Definitely an improvement from last week.
