Notes

Easy run from the store with the boys. Had a solid group for 10 tonight. Calf/back/knee were all tight at different points throughout the run. Started out slow and worked into a solid pace by runs end. Left upper back and neck have also been killing me the past couple of days. Feels like I pinched something. Might be best just to leave my back alone for a couple of days. Seems like every time I mess around with it, things flare up, although it feels good at the time.

Weighted myself today... I'm 150 lbs and 8 percent body fat. That's the most I've weighed in a long time. Always seems like I gain weight when starting up again, but then get pretty low once training is one full affect. Not too worried but wanted to make a note for future reference. On a side not - Can't wait for some time off from work this weekend. Driving down to NC is going to suck, but I really need to get out of the shop.
