Notes

Longer run of the week from RR. Very hot and humid for early June. Felt more like August. Fitness felt decent, but right calf got tight during the second half of the run. Once hitting Monument I was hurting some, but I've missed that feeling. Hip flexor, gluts, and back were tight following the run and while working.
