Solid session at Kitt field.
20-min WU + drills/strides + 3,2,1 X 3 sets
Getting fitter by the day. Tried to hang with those guys but it was especially hard on the 3-min intervals. Pace ranged from 4:40-5:20/mile. Had to shit pretty bad by the end.
Aches - Right hammy but loosened up with the quicker pace. Same with right hip flexors.
Very easy 2-mi cool down back home. Dry air caused some coughing and sneezing.
