Notes

3 mi WU + 10 x 50-sec hill repeats off Gilaspie. Was running 4:20-4:40 pace, so satisfied with the effort. Breathing is still a bit all over the place. Beautiful day for a workout!

Tight Hip flexor and hamstring on the right side.
