I began my own 5k training plan today. I feel focused and ready to start hitting some goals. I'm determined to fall back in love with running all over again. I want to make my running pace as consistent as my running habits. I don't want to take any runs off. I plan on doing exactly what each of my runs call for. I intend to take my recovery runs serious and to go at a slow steady pace. Here's to day one of my first ever official 5k training. I'll review at the end of each week and plan my next weeks runs every Sunday.
