Goal was to run the last 8 @ my marathon goal 6:30 pace. I ran the last 8 in 55:51 which makes a 6:59 pace. So my pace is about 30 seconds off of what it needs to be to reach my goal. Legs were definitely a little sore after the run. This was my first time running 13 miles since Halloween when I didn't finish my ultra marathon. I have a lot of work to do to get my time down to what it needs to be.
