- Ickey Shuffle Agility Ladder
- 10 Battle Rope Slams with a Push-Up
- 5 Pull-Ups
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 10 Hanging Leg Raises
- 10 V-Ups
- 10 Ab Wheel Rollouts
- 10 Leg Tosses
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 10 Aqua Bag Squat Press
- 10 Aqua Bag V-Ups
- Agility Ladder Side Step
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 5 Push-Ups with 10 Second Holds
- 5 Ab Wheel Rollouts with 10 Second Holds
- 5 Pull-Ups with 10 Second Holds
- 5 Hanging Leg Raises with 10 Second Holds
- Run 1/2 Mile
Burnout: Half Nickels & Dimes
- 10 Push-Ups & 5 Chin-Ups

2nd Burnout:
