- 10 Hanging Leg Raises

- 10 V-Ups

- 10 Ab Wheel Rollouts

- 10 Leg Tosses

- Run 1/2 Mile

- 10 Aqua Bag Squat Press

- 10 Aqua Bag V-Ups

- Agility Ladder Side Step

- Run 1/2 Mile

- 5 Push-Ups with 10 Second Holds

- 5 Ab Wheel Rollouts with 10 Second Holds
