Notes

Good flat course for a PR. Real tough stretch down the boulevard with the wind, but overall no complaints. Problem with my watch so don't have splits but went through the first 5K in 17:35 and feeling good, and lost a lot on the last mile (prob about 6:05ish). Good place to start for winter training. Now its time to start training.
