Fil and I flew out at 5:30 AM to get picked up by fellow swampie and GLRR, Paulie, in Chicago. Drove 6 and half hours up to Hurley Wisconsin and met up with Ben and Candice for their eventual repeats (x9 and x4). Race was good. Plenty of hills and heat, but I felt solid from start to finish. 3rd overall. Great post race party with Ben's family. Then head back Sunday for a day of travel. Very fun weekend. State #20 in the books.
