Notes

State 23.

This was really last minute. Get Fil and I in the same room for 15 minutes and 3 hours later we will have a marathon planned. We flew down late Saturday night came back Sunday. Worst hotel room ever. We get there at like 1 am, hotel front desk is gone. We were guaranteed for late check in. A cop drove by and grabbed some master key and just let us into a room. We didn't get a key. The room was a dump. You had to turn the light on by screwing the light bulb, smelt like smoke, blanket had cigarette holes. The good part is being there with Fil actually made it just a comical experience. So short story is by the time we got in the room we only got about 2 hours of sleep (back up at 4).

The race itself was super flat. I would say it was the flattest race I have ever run.

It ranged from 50 degrees at the start to about 70 at the finish. Very humid throughout.

I've been a little banged up lately, so this was super easy. I ran pretty steady throughout but the last 6 miles I was counting the steps i had left.

All and all things went good and happy with the result.
