I went into this not feeling super well about training. My running has not been super easy lately and especially runs longer than 10 miles have been especially difficult. I felt great through mile ten and then hips and hammies gave out. Then, it became a grind. I basically gave up at mile ten and just told myself just finish. Then something triggered in me and I Decided to fight for every mile. Get it as close to 6:50 as I could and I would get under 3. I haven't hurt like this in a while. That was a grind. State 35
