Notes
After a hellish week last week, this reaffirmed my love for marathons. Bash, Coconut and I went up to Maine and stayed in the most sketttttttchiest awesome place ever (White Wolf Inn if you are ever in the area). Classic joint with bunk beds, a 6 inch tv and the bathroom door that didn't shut. We hung out and looked at a moose for a bit, talked to some fifty staters, got dinner with Paul Kelly and Bash and I even took batting practice at a local ball field.
The running part felt smooth the whole way. Minus a 4 second stop to tie my shoes at mile 22, no stops this time :). We had a nice group with another kid going for sub 3 from 10ish to 20+ all working together. Then we were passing people and taking names to the finish. Great to see Bash get the hedgehog off his back and win his age group to boot,
