I planned to do 10 in the low sevens. After my typical 6 at this pace i could tell i dont usually go the extra 4 but i held in for 7 pace. really hard getting the speed right for the first 4 or so. overall still very happy with recovery. couple tight spots in calves but for the most part im feeling great.
