Chilly which I'm cool with, but veryyyyyyy windy.

Went out with Quintel and was like hey bud what are we running tonight? (you'd think I'd learn that people don't like chatty sully during races)

Mike: you can run whatever you want, I'm running 16:30

Me: Nope we can do better than that.

Mke: Just go run your race.

hmm... de ja vu?.

Happy with the PR 2 weeks out from Boston. I kind of planned for this to be a good hard effort today to keep some turnover in the legs. Felt good during the recovery as well.
