Took yesterday off to try to consolidate the good situation my knee was in. It wasn’t super successful but I do think my knee is feeling better overall. Today I walked two laps around my block before running and felt about as good as I did on Wednesday. Walking before running seems to get the muscles in my legs firing and I don’t have nearly the same buckling and weakness that I do from just running cold.
