Walked about a mile before starting this run. My right knee was almost (almost!) a non-issue when I started this. Things held up fine during the run and post run, even as far as when I went to bed, my knee felt amazing. I had no issues going up and down stairs (not even any pain), even carrying the trash out. I'm kind of astounded.

It isn't realistic for me to walk for a mile before every run but I'm really happy to see that there's the possibility that I can resolve this.
