Still feeling great.
This was a really good week (number 4) for me. I hit 56 miles which is a nice, slow build up towards 60 over the past few weeks. I'm a little bummed I can't stay in control on the progression runs but it doesn't matter too much if I can keep hitting long runs like this. I was not running anything like this in week 4 of my DC cycle so I feel really pumped to be doing it now.
